Anyway to transfer my modpack to a new account after locking myself out?

I accidentally locked myself out of my Technic account and seem to have lost my backup codes somewhere along the line. Is there any way that I can transfer my modpack to the new account or do I have to start fresh?

since 2fa makes your account yours only and prevents anyone from hacking it, loosing your codes means you lost it.

I'm afraid you'll have to start fresh
