error downloading "The 1.7.10 Pack"

I have been getting an error while trying to download "The 1.7.10 pack" from the technic launcher, error:

Failed to download http://solder.endermedia.com/repository/mods/we-cbe/we-cbe-1.4.1.11.zip

Please consult the modpack author.

Through some googling i have found out the we-cbe is a wireless redstone mod, however i can't find any fixes as most people having this problem are using custom packs.

When i try to download the earliest version I get a similar error, only with the link being   "http://solder.endermedia.com/repository/mods/yampst/yampst-jon-0.7.1.zip" , this is a statistic tracking mod.

i have tried to delete the modpack and content folder and it didn't work, and my only guess as for what the issue is is that both errors come from solder.endermedia.

 

Please help me with fixing this as this modpack looks very fun and it has been a while since i played 1.7

No. We are not going to help. You are going to wait. Like literally anyone else, till the relevant solder gets fixed. Which will happen soontm. Nothing we can do but wait.

So it's not an issue on my side? As i said i am very new to Technic launcher so i Don't really know what it means. if i just need to wait that's fine!
