Patch that contains only changes instead of full modpack.

I have a hidden modpack just for my friends because it's convenient to use techniclauncher instead of giving instruction to each, however one of the friend have really bad internet and download my modpacks take him minutes and we have to wait for him before we can actually do something, so my question is, is it possible to on new version upload just changes instead of full modpack? sometimes I just add one mod and one config but he has to download whole and sometimes it's often and that's not really nice.

This is a feature of Technic Solder. Technic solder is not meant for the average user.

I see but I still can do it right? I have a private "server" (just old pc) to which I can freely open ports and from what I see it should be possible?
