No. This launcher is unavoidably unsafe. Just like driving a car is unavoidably unsafe. Sure, it certainly does help if you aren't downloading cracked versions or download absolutely random garbage, but hey, you probably aren't doing that anyways. Or you are torrenting stuff, but can't know from here.
