modpack start in vanilla

so i tryed multiple videos or even topic on this forum nothing helped 

in the folder of technic pack in folder of this modpack theres no mods theres not even modpack.jar in bin

Why are you distributing the server forge as the client forge? You can't run the server clientside, they need the forge universal.

that was accident and i fixed it but it still starts as vanilla

now modpack works i started from  for new. my new modpack is https://www.dropbox.com/s/3pow0jn73puczbj/modpack.zip?dl=0

https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/kamosicraft-server-pack.1559502 and now i have problem with that codechicken core dont work it is in mods folder but i doesnt detect it

You included a version for AE2 rv2, while you have AE2 rv3 included.

In short, there were two main versions of Applied Energistics 2 in 1.7.10. One is rv2 (revision 2), the other one is rv3 (revision 3). Mods that require AE2 to be installed had to make their own different versions for rv2 and rv3. In this case, make sure you download a version of Wireless Crafting Terminals for rv3.

I checked your modpack again. Why the hell did you include all kinds of files normally found in the forge universal in the top folder?
