Java SE Binary Not Responding

I've looked through all the forums, different pages, did a bunch of things, yet it won't get fixed. I just want to play Technic Launcher but I can't, no matter what mod pack. Either The Java SE Binary won't respond, or I'll get a message saying "Shutting Down Internal Server." I'm out of ideas.

"Did a bunch of things". Like, it would be nice to know what you tried so far, and some basic information about your pc -> Windows? Mac? Linux? Which version? CPU? GPU? You aren't giving much to work with, not even a log (use pastebin for that).
