I need to get 64 Bit On the launcher option

Okay so ive installed the technic launcher and i need the 64 bit so i can have around 12 gb or ram so support the mod pack im running but i dont know how to get 64 bit on it 

Can some one please help me?

Java -> Manual download = 64 bit. Online download = 32 bits always.

And no, you do not need 12 GB for your modpack. Unless you made a 1.12.2 port of the omega pack. In which case I am questioning humanity. Again.
