Game won't launch

So recently I tried to start up my launcher to play but my modpacks wont open up.  They get to loading assets and stop. Im not good at reading logs so I have no idea what my game i telling me I need to do. https://pastebin.com/RmDWyGbi    heres on of my logs

What would be the most effective way to clear out RAM?

Close programs. Restart computer. Don't have a gazillion programs open at the same time. Add more RAM. Like, the error message doesn't state your total RAM, only that you didn't have it available.
