I had the same problem. Im running a TCR 1.7.10 server and it keeps crashing when i want to launch the server.
The TCR client in the Technic Launcher crashed too when it starts up..

I deleted step by step all the addons, but same issue, everything keeps crashing.

Now, for some reason, i dont know why, i disabled the internet connection on the server and then i started the TCR server.. And how strange it may sounds, it works!
I did the same on my pc. I launched the Technic Launcher, disabled my internet connection, then i started the TCR client and that works!
After the client and the server are completely running, i enabled the internet connections and tadaaa..

Your issue has fck all to do with their issue. Your issue has to do with the Ex Compressum Skin registry for the autosieve.
