Keep getting Error: The Modpack Location you specified is not a valid ZIP file.

I upload my modpack on different websites and no matter what it just gives me that error message. Once I uploaded it to filebin.net and it worked, but now its not letting anyone install it and when I went back to put in THE SAME LINK it gives me the error message.
