Unable to login.

I have been trying to help my sister log into her account on the launcher. I am able to log into regular minecraft launcher with the information and play the game but when i try to log into the Technic launcher it say that the account has invalid login credentials.. I have been trying to figure some reason out for 3 days now as to why it work but i cant figure anything out. 

the accounts purchased the copy of minecraft through the xbox pc application

Check if the Xbox minecraft app is the same as Minecraft Java Edition. This launcher ONLY works with Minecraft Java Edition. Windows 10 Edition is NOT the java edition.
