White screen

When I click on play to open a mod pack it doesn’t show up when it has loaded and the music plays and when I hover over the Minecraft symbol it just shows a white screen. How do I fix this? Also I have heard that other windows 10 users have had the same problem and if it fixed for you can you tell me what happened?

Their usual fix is either trying to update their intel drivers: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

Or downgrading their java to 8u51/8u25: http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=98428

Preferably in this order (if first works, don't do the second).
