Yet another modpack that launches vanilla :(

My modpack launches vanilla but i followed every step in the guide to making a modpack. It works fine in normal minecraft with forge installed. My version is 1.12.2. I have renamed my forge to "modpack.jar" and tried many different version with no success they all keep launching vanilla. When i open %appdata%/.technic all the mods are there and the modpack.jar aswell. It just doesnt run. Dropbox link: Click here for dropbox and Technicpack link: Click here for modpack. Based on the filesize of the modpack.jar, whatever file you renamed wasn't a Forge universal for 1.12.2. Please make sure to download the forge universal from files.minecraftforge.net.

I thought i already had a universal version but to be sure i downloaded it again and named it modpack.jar. It is for sure universal now. I also updated the links in my original post above. It still doesnt work

Post a link to the Forge you are downloading.

Hmm, that's strange. That file differs consiredably from the forge-renamed-to-modpack.jar in your modpack. Also, based on what I can see both in the modpack and in the download, the file wasn't changed?

Other than zipped it shouldnt be. Btw it was the wrong download link i added the right wrong above. I checked the file size with the new link as well. They should be the same.
