modpack.jar not working

I have recently created a mudpack with a couple of mods to run on a self hosted server for me and some friends. however, I cannot get the mudpack to open up in forge, it simply opens up in vanilla 1.12.2

please excuse the name lol, but someone please tell me what I did wrong.

I tried the modpack, it started with Forge and a couple mods loaded. Can't say how many loaded, as Ice&Fire overwrites that lil block of information.
