Technic launcher loads vanilla minecraft, when intended to start with forge

Hello,

So I attempted to to create a modpack on technic to play minecraft with my friends. I followed countless tutorials on the internet and browsed through the internet, but my issue remains unsolved. When loading the modpack, the forge loading screen does not pop up, then when it is loaded, it shows to be Vanilla minecraft. Here is what I did.

1. I created a modpack folder on my desktop (IOS)

2. I downloaded the 1.12.2 forge from the website. I clicked on the Installer of the recommanded section.

3. Within the folder, I created 2 other folders. One was named "mods" and the other was named "bin". In the bin folder, I shoved the forge in, while renaming it to: modpack.jar.

4. Then, I inserted the mods I wanted inside the "mods" folder. Finally, I compressed the "bin" and "mods" into one big zipped file.

5. In order to convert it into a url, I used the dropbox websites. https://www.dropbox.com/s/vgqp16qdnb2qzwf/BIP.zip?dl=0

6. Before I put it in the Technic launcher, I edited the link into: https://dl.dropbox.com/s/vgqp16qdnb2qzwf/BIP.zip?dl=1

When I load the modpack, like I said, it just loads as vanilla minecraft, forge was not acitvated, thus no mods are on.

Here is the link to the technic website:https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/indoubitably.1699611

If you have read all this, congradulations! I simply don't have an idea of what is wrong with what I did, and I am pretty desperate.

Thank you!

Edit: Welp nvm, somehow it just worked? All I did was to create a new modpack and changed my mods, so that they don’t have copy in them... IDK how and why it just suddendly worked, but yeah.

Does it matter? I am not sure, so lazy me just kept it that way.
To answer your question, it was because I downloaded them, then I decided to just copy  from my minecraft folder to the “modpack” folder to save time.
