I feel like I'm making a silly mistake

So I'm making a custom modpack for myself and some uni friends, and I feel like I've done everything right, but every time I try and get it to install on technic I get the "failed to download" message. 

I've made modpacks before and they've worked fine, so I feel like I'm just making a mistake I can't see.

This is a dropbox issue, or an issue with how you have the files shared via dropbox. Try double checking the sharing options for both files to see any differences
