Modpack won´t load mods

Hi, I made a modpack and when I tried to run it, it just started Minecraft 1.12.2 without any mods. Can someone help?

You are using Forge 1.12.2 recommended? Follow the modpack guide like normal, but substitute the forge universal with the forge installer. Use the installer as if it was the universal file. Do NOT install or extract.
