Modpack doesn't load the mods while starting

The .zip file is uploaded with the 3 folders on dropbox and I can't figure out what's happening. When downloading the modpack on technic took a while to finish. which means, I guess, that it is downloading the mods. But when I open the modpack it only appers 4 mods loaded...

It would appear you have corrected this, currently loading up and there seems to be all the mods.

Not a launcher issue. Locked.
