Forge isnt loading with my modpack

I am currently making my first modpack. I followed this tutorial religiously. My modpack is here (i did use the dl=1 on the creation page) The technic page is here and the following is the url for the technic search bar; http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/ttpuffpuff-survival-craft. i am concerned as i have visited other forums, and the resolutions/ issues were similar, but didnt match mine. When i download the pack, everything seems fine, but when i launch it, it lauches vanilla 1.12.2 minecraft. No forge no mods. If you are willing, able, and have the time, i ask for and thank you for any assistance you attempt to, or do provide.

I wonder how many times I'll have to paste this: Forge changed things with 2854 and newer, you must use the Installer now, not the universal. You still need to re-name it to Modpack. And don't run the installer, just re-name it.
