Forge not loading 1.15.2

My modpack refuses to load up forge and i've made sure i did everything properly such as naming the folders bin,configs,mods and using the 1.15.2 forge universal jar and naming it just "modpack"

after 1.12 MC you need to use the Installer Forge instead of Forge universal jar.

Download the Forge Installer and rename that to modpack.jar

Don't extract it, only download and rename it, same as you would with the Universal file
