Crash Report without a fix. :(

I have been hosting a Server for https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/de-galactica.1694493

The server has been running fine for a few months but now I always get into this crashreport: 

Please help, thanks!

Oh seems like the crash report is  empty.

Looks like this is on Linux, does the server have the appropriate permissions for those folders? I am not sure why the permissions would change after it has been running fine for a while, just an idea based on the quick glance over the log.
