modpack crashing on stage 2 deployment (4/7)

hello this is my first minecraft pack and i have a buddy of mine helping me along the way, however he is away for a while and i need some assistance.

a few mods were added and i have all the required dependencies, however it crashes at stage 2 deployment (4/7) and have no idea what i did to cause it nor what to do to fix it. here is the modpack any help is appreciated : http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/titan-excursion

Why tf do you have 6 mod shortcuts in your mods folder?

You are missing JustEnoughItems (or JEI) which is required for ProjectE.

didnt realize i still had shortcuts in, removing those and adding JEI
