1.12.2 modpack runs as vanilla

Hello, I've made multiple functioning modpacks for me and my friends to use. However, my modpacks are suddenly no longer working; at least the newer ones.

I've tested this with two different packs:

I do not have them in a sub folder, I have the universal forge file for 1.12.2 renamed to modpack.jar, and the links should both be valid.
