AquaZet Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Recently, as I was playing in my modpack world (running Tekkit), my computer locked up (that's an issue that's happening in the last few days and i will go my computer for service soon) and i had to force close my computer. When I try to load the same world, the world crashes instantly. What do i do? How can I fix this? The thing is that it was caused by a technical failure in my computer. It feels bad losing a world you've spent hours on. CRASH REPORT: https://pastebin.com/YkjXr7d0
JaariAtmc Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 "i had to force close my computer." And there's your issue. DimensionalDoors (the weird door portals in the overworld leading to a dark maze) dimensions tend to get corrupted if the world is suddenly closed. The fix is easy though. Go to %appdata%\roaming\.technic\modpacks\tekkitmain\saves and open your world save, then delete the Dimdoors/Dimensionaldoors folder inside there. You should be able to play your world again after that. AquaZet 1

I have tried three times, making sure that the folder is always deleted. I also tried one time deleting the contents of the folder (not the folder) to see if it would work, but yet nothing. Also good to note that when the computer locked up i was not in a dimensionaldoors dimension (you know what I mean). Any other mods/files that cause this problem?
