Forge won't load on my modpack

ive done what ive done in the past but it still doesnt work, It worked in the past but when I updated forge to the latest 1.12.2 version it broke.

Forge 2854 requires you to use the Forge Installer. Rename the Installer as is. Do NOT extract/install.
