I cant download any modpacks

Hello guys i have a problem with my technic launcher

 

I tried everything to fix it but nothing helped.

I cant download the modpacks if i try, it looks like its downloading it for a 0.1 sec. and then it cancel the downloading

If it would help heres what my console is saying
