Anyhow, the old launcher is sorta existing, but it no longer works. The authentication is broken, which causes the launcher to not work anymore.

Because everything was transferred at some point to the new launcher, as well as the whole Minecraft to Mojang account thing that happened at some point.

Technic SSP is 1.2.5 max. The modpack I linked to is Technic SSP for 1.2.5, which can be played on the current launcher.

In fact, there is a 1.4.6 version of technicssp. I can easily imagine how it was overshadowed by the 1.2.5 build, so no surprise people didn't know about it.

Also, you can now play technicssp on the original technic launcher.
