My modpack won't load any mods or forge on startup.

Hello! I'm in need of some assistance. I've followed this video, to the letter, and have read several forum posts at this point and I still can't manage to figure out why my modpack isn't loading any of the mods I put in, forge included. It might be an obvious and simple mistake on my part, and if so I do humbly apologize, but in the case that it is not or rather the problem isn't common I'd like some help resolving this issue.

I have tested this pack multiple times in advance through MultiMC and even through normal modding means and I've come accross no issue with it loading up forge and the mods I've put in. I made sure to grab them all from Curseforge and have checked to make sure I have the correct versions and coremods needed to opperate. Is there some Technic formating I'm not doing correctly? Or perhaps there's a small oversight on my part I'm not aware of? If so please do help me.

Forge update 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2851 changed things. You need the Forge Installer renamed as modpack instead of Universal. Download and rename the Installer, DO NOT run/install/extract the installer.

Ah I see. Thanks for that bit of info, I'll go ahead and switch that now. I'm using the latest, 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2854 version of forge so i guess that got affected to by this change.

It appears to have worked. The forge version has loaded along with all of the mods I've put in. Thank you so much for your assistance!
