custom modpack keeps going back to the technic launcher

bonjour, as the title says i made a modpack for my friend and i. except whenever i press the play button it loads, technic disappears as if the actual game was going to load, then it just goes back to the technic launcher. it says it has 1 download and 1 run which idk how that happened when i can't even run it (no problem with downloading it) i had an earlier problem where it was just loading to vanilla minecraft but i thought i fixed that /:

just to confirm i'm not having this issue, just the one where it loads then goes back to the launcher

Well yeah, it will break if you include a 1.7.10 mod in your 1.12.2 modpack:

gilded-games-util-1.7.10-1.9.jar

Modpack started without issue after removal of this mod.
