Bug issue for Pixelmon Modpack I don't know where else to put without the convo getting locked

I can't download the Pixelmon Generations Official modpack into Technic. I can download other things like my friends modpack, but not this modpack, any idea why? And if I'm not allowed to post this issue here, where can I?

After a various amounts of efforts, it is now slowly downloading, I don't know how, but I fixed it anyways, please ignore this and I don't know how to delete this now.

Never mind, this popped up. Any help would STILL be great
