Mods not working on my sever

Im on attack of the b team on technic and I started my own server and regular Minecraft blocks work and are placable but the modded blocks are not cartable and are not placeable either. Is there something wrong with the download? is something messed up with launch.bat? PLEASE HELP. I'm running MacBook Pro

Sounds like you started the minecraft_server.jar instead of the launch.bat. You are walking around on a vanilla server now.

how do I fix that?

You delete the world folder and you launch the server with the launch.bat.

could you lead me how to do that. im not the smartest with this stuff. this is all what is in my folder

You either doubleclick the launch.bat or launch.sh. Probably launch.sh, as you are on a mac, not windows.
