Please help. Only launch offline while online.

I cant launch technic online and cant access multiplayer. i use  a microsoft acc.

i tried to sign off and re-log ad it appears this message....

Kinda lost, but the rpoblem is the same i checked the logs and they were identical

 

nevermind i was the dumb one i pressed the wrong buttom, i guessed you meant the add microsoft account button and not the log in. Obrigado!
