Help my launcher is offline but im online.

i cant download any packs because they are all saying offline. I also cant play any of my modpacks that are server packs because they say play offline. i have let technic through the firewall. i have tried deleting the launcher and redownloading but it didnt help. i cant log out the back in otherwise it say "The auth servers at minecraft.Net are inaccesible. Would you like to play offline." with a yes or no option but neither does anything. the mojang status and minecraft status are perfectly fine. i have done everything i can but its still like this i dont wanna give up on it because i have spent money on a modpack thats only on technic. if someone could please help that would be great.

You log out, then you log back in by pressing the Add Microsoft account button.
