Modpacks not loading

When I try to load any modpack in Technic Launcher one of two things happen:

1. The forge mod loader appears and fully loads but directly after loading Minecraft crashes and I'm taken back to the launcher with no crash report or message.

2. The forge mod loader window doesn't even pop up and a few seconds after launching the mod I'm taken back to the launcher with no crash report or message.

I've fully uninstalled and reinstalled both the modpacks aswell as Technic Launcher and Minecraft. These problems also only started after I got a new laptop 8 months ago. My old laptop was worse than my current one but could load and for the most part run these same modpacks I'm trying to access now completely fine. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
