Need some help with some mods

Hello im running a server with tekkitmain 1.2.9g

and i would like to add ICBM-1.4.2.386 and the mod that comes with icbm Resonant-Engine-Development-1.2.0.266-universal

when i add these mods to tekkitmain techniclauncher wont start minecraft it will crash

This requires Universal Electricity as a mod as well, a version that's newer than the one included, which then causes more crashes due to mod incompatibilities with other mod versions, you could probably fix that as well by updating more mods, and at some point its no longer tekkit. These two mods were not meant to be added to TekkitMain.
