Minecraft is loading as Vanilla when I try to use my own modpack.

So, I'm trying to set my own modpack for my custom server 1.12.2, but the modpack loads in Vanilla each time. I'm kinda out of ideas about what to try.

Don't zip the folder containing your modpack folders, zip the bin/config/mods folders directly.
