Modpack won't load Forge and mods

So I followed like 2 YouTube videos and the official Technic Site to setup one of my modpacks that I already have on CurseForge.

Trying to do test out if it works, it never does even so I followed everything step by step.

Could someone help and tell me what I am missing?

I'll assume you are on Forge Recommended/Latest for 1.12.2, which require you to use the installer instead of the universal. Treat the installer just like you would with the universal.
