Technic modpacks won't open if I have more than 1 Gb ram allocated.

Question

I don't know what happening, but after buying a new monitor, I'm getting this strange bug. Already wiped out all of my technic config + modpacks, reinstalled it but didn't fixed the problem. I tried using 1 Gb ram and I could open the modpacks, but after increasing it even to 2 gb stills not opening, saying insufficient memory. I'm using the latest java version and I have 8 Gb ram, heres the log: Ghostbin

I have more than 70% of my RAM to be used freely, normally I used to play Minecraft with 4 gb ram without errors, but now It's getting annoying, I can't play anything on Technic

The particular error report you provided stated the following:

Memory: 4k page, physical 8338684k(4094880k free), swap 8338684k(2480228k free)

Which is less than (the error):

Native memory allocation (mmap) failed to map 4294967296 bytes for Failed to commit pages from 0 of length 1048576

By about 100 MB to be exact.

Technic works a bit different than the regular launcher in that it reserves the RAM you give it, instead of just slowly grabbing more and more and then causing issues, like regular minecraft.
