Include configs outisde of config folder in modpack

Hello! 
Im making a Modpack right now and i have a problem with including some additional content. 
Two of the Mods have the config files/folders outside of the default config folder. That means they must be put at .technic\modpacks\myModpack\HERE.

How can I add more folders to the "root level" modpack structure (same folder as bin, mods, config) as technic does not generate the folders when installing if I simply uplaod them with my modapck zip.

 

Said Mods are Patchouli (with custom book) and Additions (with custom addon pack)

Like, just include those folders as you would with bin/config/mods? It's really that simple, haha.
