Custom modpack crashes after PC RESET

Everything worked just fine until i resetted my pc. Need someone with java knowledge to tell me whats goin on and ill do the rest. Really need help with this! I got hours of time on a world that i cant play on anymore

NOTE

I backed up .technic and just pasted it back where it was after reset. Dont know if thats what is causing it or not. HELP

There's an issue between Forge for 1.16.5 and Java 8u321 and beyond. Try downgrading your java (if you can find older versions), or use the Mojang JRE option in the launcher.
