Hi, did you managed to get resolution to your issue?  I'm having the same issue

You need to have set up an username for your java account AND make ABSOLUTELY sure you are using the right email. We've already had people swear up and down that they were using the correct one, yet then it turned out they were, in fact, not using the right email.
