Tekkit Lite doesnt let me update/download, "Update Failed"

Description of Problem:

Tekkit Lite doesnt let me update/download, "Update Failed"

Simply that happens

Error Messages:

UPDATE FAILED

Error Log:

Doesn't even start, so don't bother..there isn't an error log.

It reads like a lot of things DO manage to download, but nothing shows up in /mods/ as it should. It also does mention Matmos and ComputerCraft though they should not be here for Tekkit Lite?

So, you can update your Java to 7.10, but it doesn't fix things for me. I'll read through the log and see if I get any smarter.

Haha. Yes, I was having the same issue.

I did what anyone should do during an update (Which is update the build)

Start the launcher, go to options, click on manual build selection(Make sure it's checked), and then click on the build. I know there is only one at the moment, but click it anyways. When you are done, hit 'ok'.

Launch your game and it should start the update, you should get a little 'hello' box, and then it should launch just like any other technic version.

You're a genius! It did not work right away, but after clearing cache and clicking around a bit it seemed to get the message and is now loading <3

The log reads like it's trying to download technicssp (or something), then checksums against tekkitlite and of course finds a mismatch. So it's downloading the wrong thing?

All I know is that I got it working by the second time trying to launch it by doing those things. The reason I did that first is because when I tried to download the tekkit 3.1.3 it didn't let me and then I just rolled back my version and tried again.
