Description of Problem:

when i have typed my password and that it just says (Update Failed)

Delete .techniclauncher (be sure to back up your saves if you have any).

Download a new launcher.jar

The same happened to me, then i reinstalled technic launcher and then it worked thanks Ezioa :D

I had this problem, but I just tried back a few minutes later and it worked fine. It might be worth trying this before you go deleting all of your old .techniclauncher stuff.

Open launcher, clear cache, close launcher, open launcher load tekkit lite - success.
