After updating Vanilla Minecraft to its newest version, I got a message that said that my Minecraft memory is low, even though I have the allocation set at 9 GB. That's never happened before.

You need to reduce the amount of memory allocation for minecraft only. This warning is for you make available more memory to the operational system. Try to reduce to 6 gb, is more than enough to many technic modpacks
