I can't make a server! help!

I get the message every time I run the .bat file

C:/Documents and Settings/Person/Desktop/Tekkit server>java -Xmx3G -Xms2g -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

Error occurred during initialization of UM

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

Could not Create the Java virtual machine.

C:/Documents and Settings/Person/Desktop/Tekkit server> pause

but it didn't help
