Do you need them if you have a disclaimer and a link to there mods? I have been using the custom zip type things from the technic launcher and im wondering if I can publish the link of the modpack even if they are not my mods. I have a pvp modpack that uses quite a bit of mods so would I be able to publish them? Quote
