Farm and Combine only harvesting seeds

Hey,

On my private Tekkit Server that I run for me and my friends we have a farm and combine set up but the combine only harvests the seeds but not the wheat which is very inconvenient for a wheat farm

Anyways, does anyone know a solution to this or what may be wrong?

Are you only putting a pipe on the top of the combine? Only seeds will come out the top, and wheat will come out the sides.
