Portablejim Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 that you can hold in your hand? I can look up the wiki and browse it on my phone. Quote
freakachu Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 that you can hold in your hand? I'm already on my PC, why would I go to my phone when I can just alt+tab and read a wiki or whatever in full resolution with ease. what about your app would make me want to grab my phone instead? Quote
Simon Luu Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 Lol, ok fair point. But still, If you dont have internet connections all the time? The app is meant to download all the data once and only update once a month. So you can have it anytime anywhere. Quote

View the files on your computer when you don't have a connection. Quote
Simon Luu Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 And you do that? Go through 500 pages? Quote
Portablejim Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 And you do that? Go through 500 pages? I haven't felt a need for a portable wiki. 500 pages? No and Yes. No, I would not manually visit 500 pages and save them. Yes, I would get a script to do it for me.
