DanteChaos Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Hello all, I have the tedios duty of converting our old 1.2.5 world into 1.4.6 which was no problem thanks to the sticky on this forum. Now i noticed that tekkit_lite just updated to 1.4.7 minecraft and latests updates for mods. Also a good thing. My client cannot connect to the world anymore once i updated the server to 1.4.7, do i need to convert the world again? Error that its giving is that its missing some Buildcraft pipe id's. Heck the world isent even working on single player 1.4.6 >_< I might probaly know the answer already, remove all the buildcraft pipes right? Regards, DanteChaos Quote
Maxis010 Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 I had this same problem Update your server again (a hotfix was pushed to fix this issue) What happened? Can't enven start Tekkit Lite Client after upgrade. Quote
DanteChaos Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 Thank you for the quick response. Just downloaded the update and it is working nicely. One more question: im getting 2013-01-12 12:22:48 [WARNING] [bukkitForge] Apparently Overworld isn't an intege r! Interesting! You may need to correct your configs, this WILL error. My understanding about this warning is that i have to rename the world? Also i know this is bukkitforge issue and not tekkit. Can always try no? On a side note, this is a converted world from 1.2.5 using the converter in the sticky of this forum Quote

DanteChaos Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 backups i got plenty, il mess around with it maybe i can get it to work. i have to check all config files anyway before i can put this even live. Quote
DanteChaos Posted January 18, 2013 Author Posted January 18, 2013 In order not to spam forum with seperate topics i got the following question: Are chunkloaders now useable as in memory usage and cpu usage. as most servers ban these i would like to know if people have these allowed on servers with +20 players. Im currently testing it but my tests show almost no extra mem usage if placed in seperate chunks way off spawn. I would like to allow a certain amount of chunkloaders per player and see if thats doable. Quote
