check your firewall, it may be blocking fml from downloading a file of the internet(unlikely), or try a older version or re-install technic launcher or finally try playing it through minecraft:

solution by:

Mikael2933

steps:

1. goto C:\Users\(User)\AppData\Roaming\.techniclauncher\tekkitlite and copy all the files.

2. goto C:\Users\(User)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft and paste in all the files.

3. goto bin folder and right click on minecraft.jar and modpack.jar and open it with Winrar etc.

4. copy all files from modpack.jar to minecraft.jar.

5. Delete META-INF

6. start minecraft and it should work.

That's alright, the admins are having trouble solving the coding of voltz and tekkit light so they don't have much admins left to help other problems, and im talking about it not working on any windows computer/laptop also the solution of using minecraft I found to be able to play voltz/tekkit light being that currently it IS THE ONLY WAY TO PLAY THOSE, which sucks :( .
